Sales Support Specialist

About the role

The Sales Support Specialist assists the sales team in daily operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal departments. This role is pivotal for maintaining accurate order processing and delivering high‑quality post‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls, emails and client inquiries.
• Prepare offers, orders and related sales documentation.
• Track orders from initiation to final delivery.
• Manage post‑sales client requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate activities with sales, finance, logistics, legal and other departments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and order information in the CRM system.
• Generate reports on sales performance and team activities.
• Identify problems, propose solutions and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the department.

Required profile

• University degree or secondary education.
• Experience in customer service, administration or sales support is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Albanian; English is an advantage.
• Professional presentation, high ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
