Sales & Medical Team Manager

About the role

Quality Pharma is expanding its team in Tirana and seeks a Sales & Medical Team Manager to lead, organize, and develop its Sales Agents and Medical Representatives. This senior role combines commercial leadership with medical product expertise to drive market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily activities of Sales Agents and Medical Representatives.
• Set, monitor, and achieve individual and team objectives.
• Plan and oversee visit schedules to pharmacies, clinics, and doctors.
• Track team performance through KPIs and periodic reports.
• Analyze sales results by region, client, and product.
• Conduct field visits for assessment, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Provide training and professional development for the team.
• Ensure professional presentation of company products and brands.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Management to implement commercial strategies.
• Identify new opportunities for sales growth and product development.
• Report regularly on team performance, activities, and market developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing sales and/or medical representative teams.
• Preferably background in pharmaceuticals, food supplements, dermocosmetics, or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a clear focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to analyze sales data, performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Skilled at motivating, training, and developing team members.
• Willingness to work regularly in the field.
• English language proficiency is an advantage.
