Sales Manager

About the role

Revenued Albania is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its growing sales team in Tirana. You will be responsible for driving performance, meeting quotas, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team, setting clear goals and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate with marketing to manage lead flow, prioritising high‑value prospects.
• Oversee the sales funnel, address bottlenecks and ensure compliance with approved language and procedures.
• Conduct daily check‑ins, team meetings and live‑call coaching to improve outcomes.
• Maintain full sales‑floor coverage during peak campaigns and uphold call‑quality standards.
• Produce and analyse performance reports, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Validate commission calculations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Foster a collaborative culture, facilitate cross‑functional communication and resolve team issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a sales team, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently, make data‑based decisions and meet KPIs.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and ability to enforce them.
• Excellent organisational skills and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
