As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding passenger services, creating memorable experiences, and ensuring seamless operations at our Sales Office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reservation/booking, ticket sales, information and passenger operations such as check‑in and manifest preparation.
• Calculate fares, arrange routes based on passenger requests and provide schedule and fare information.
• Process reservation requests efficiently and issue tickets for domestic and international flights.
• Manage ticket changes including endorsement, rerouting and ticket returns.
• Report and register operational income, costs, financing and statistical information in IT systems such as SAP, ERP and DOP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or high‑school graduation with a permanent residence permit.
• Minimum one year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Ability to work under pressure, availability for shift work including overnight.
• Strong oral and written communication in English; Turkish preferred.
• Team player who can also work independently and multitask effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Computer Reservations System (e.g., Troya) and ticketing/sales processes.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and invoicing/financial processes.
• Familiarity with ERP and DOP systems for operational reporting.
