Sales Agent

About the role

INTERSIG Vienna Insurance Group is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Agent to join its team in Tirana. In this full‑time position you will promote and sell insurance products, build lasting client relationships, and help the company achieve its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell INTERSIG insurance products to prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new client opportunities.
• Provide professional advice tailored to client needs.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Follow the sales process and handle all related documentation.
• Achieve the sales objectives set by the management.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education diploma.
• Experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Integrity, responsibility and a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
