About the role

We are looking for two Sales Agents to promote and sell Italian food and beverage products in supermarkets and other retail points across Tirana and surrounding regions. The role involves direct interaction with retailers, order management and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and manage retail points in Tirana and surrounding regions.
• Present and sell Italian products such as prosciutto, premium cheeses, wines and alcoholic beverages.
• Take and follow up on customer orders.
• Handle invoicing and sales documentation.
• Stock shelves and ensure proper product placement.
• Monitor product expiry dates and stock condition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to create and preserve client relationships.
• Responsibility, accuracy and good organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel to regional locations.

What we offer

• Additional allowance of 15,000 Lek for days worked in regional areas.
• Structured work schedule: 4 days per week in Tirana (07:00‑15:30) and 2 days in surrounding regions (06:00‑17:30).
