Reservation Agent

About the role

VAS GROUP, a leading tourism group in Albania and the Balkans, is expanding its Incoming Department. We are looking for a motivated Reservation Agent to handle bookings for hotels, guides, transport, restaurants, museums, attractions and other travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, create and accurately follow up on reservations via phone, email or online platforms.
• Enter reservation data into the company’s operational system and respect internal deadlines.
• Advise clients on any uncertainties during the confirmation or booking process.
• Provide continuous updates to clients on reservation status and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and suppliers during regular hours and in emergencies.
• Prepare and send pro‑forma invoices, collect client payments before check‑in, and ensure accurate contract execution with suppliers.
• Track group closures in the system and report daily, weekly and monthly performance to the department manager.
• Leverage company‑provided software, communication channels and innovative tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in exact sciences or foreign languages.
• Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum two years of experience in the tourism or travel sector.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for the tourism industry.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, accurate decisions.
