General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager to lead a 4‑5 star hotel or resort, overseeing all operational areas and ensuring high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and Guest Relations.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, standards implementation and performance evaluation.
• Oversee revenue management, pricing, occupancy, ADR/RevPAR and cost control.
• Prepare budgets, conduct financial analysis and monitor expenses.
• Organise large groups, events, conferences and banquets.
• Maintain OTA channels (Booking.com, Expedia), channel manager and Property Management System.
• Handle guest complaints, monitor reviews and drive guest satisfaction.
• Work flexible hours during peak season and manage high‑pressure situations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years hospitality experience, including 2‑3 years in a senior management role.
• Experience in a 4‑5 star hotel or large‑capacity resort.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to create discipline while maintaining staff morale.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to flexible schedules.
