Regional Retail Manager

About the role

The Regional Retail Manager will oversee multiple WELL drugstore locations within a defined geographic area, ensuring smooth daily operations and driving sales growth. This role coordinates all retail activities in the region, aligning them with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, training, planning, and prioritisation of work processes.
• Implement the company’s retail strategy across all stores in the region.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets and budget plans.
• Analyse sales and revenue reports, forecast performance, and adjust actions accordingly.
• Collaborate with store managers on inventory management and maintain accurate product records.
• Execute promotional campaigns in line with marketing directives.
• Identify improvement opportunities and suggest actionable process enhancements.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and organise regular team meetings.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, attendance, and turnover.
• Address operational challenges promptly and maintain effective communication with all departments.

Required profile

• University degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience managing multiple retail stores or a similar regional role.
• Strong analytical abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑motivation skills.
