Real Estate Agent – Residential & Commercial

About the role

The Real Estate Agent will join Century21 Metropol’s dynamic team in Tirana, managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This full‑time, on‑site position involves guiding clients through the entire transaction process, from listing and marketing to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate descriptions and high‑quality visuals.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital channels and social media.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and prepare contracts.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Collaborate with the office team, participate in training, and contribute to the agency’s digital presence.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license and solid knowledge of Albanian property regulations.
• Proven experience in listing, marketing, negotiation and closing real‑estate transactions.
• Strong sales record with a focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication in Albanian; English proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work in a performance‑driven, structured environment.
