About the role
We are looking for motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our office in Tirana. You will be responsible for managing property listings, guiding clients through viewings, and closing sales or rental agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and promote property portfolios.
- Organise property viewings and provide client advice.
- Negotiate and finalize sale and rental contracts.
- Build long‑term relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Valid real‑estate agent licence.
- Experience in real‑estate sales or related sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client‑orientation skills.
- Fluent Albanian; English is an advantage.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with social media and property listing platforms.
