QA/QC Chief for Luxury Hotel Project in Albania

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Chief to lead quality assurance and control activities on a high‑end hotel development in Albania. The role involves ensuring that all civil, structural and finishing works meet international standards, technical specifications and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and related quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and standards.
• Manage material approvals, sampling, factory inspections and laboratory testing.
• Identify non‑conformances, perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate quality audits, inspections and sign‑offs with consultants and client representatives.
• Audit and monitor subcontractors and suppliers for strict adherence to quality requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality control reports for project management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years of QA/QC management experience on large‑scale superstructure, 5‑star hotel or luxury commercial projects.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of international construction codes, testing methods and material compliance.
• Proven experience handling NCRs, ITPs and commissioning processes.
• Willingness to reside in Albania and work on an international site.
