Technical Director

About the role

The Technical Director is a full‑time, on‑site position in Tirana, responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of construction projects from planning through execution. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate designs, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary technical teams on multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate project designs with architects, engineers and contractors, reviewing technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, validate documentation and supervise implementation of new technologies.
• Oversee budget for technical components, conduct risk assessments and report technical performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong team leadership and project management experience, including planning, scheduling and risk mitigation.
• Background in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or related field; advanced qualifications a plus.
• Experience on large‑scale residential or commercial projects.
• Ability to work full‑time on site in Tirana and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM, CAD and other engineering/construction software tools.
• Solid knowledge of construction standards, building codes, safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
