About the role
The company is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to oversee the continuous monitoring, control and improvement of product and process standards. The role is full‑time and based at the Mavriqi street office in Mazgit.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control the quality of products and manufacturing processes.
- Record and report any non‑conformities.
- Propose corrective and preventive measures to enhance quality.
- Prepare and maintain relevant quality documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure company standards are applied.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Food Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience in quality assurance or quality control is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
