QA and Environment Manager

About the role

Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria is seeking a QA and Environment Manager to lead the development, implementation and supervision of quality, food safety and environmental management systems. The role ensures product integrity, compliance with legislation and Coca‑Cola standards, while promoting sustainable practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System in line with TCCC requirements, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
• Plan, coordinate and follow up internal and external audits, acting as the reference point for regulatory and certification bodies.
• Monitor quality and food‑safety performance, analyse trends and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Authorize production stops when significant quality or safety risks are identified.
• Oversee wastewater treatment plant operations and water‑quality management, driving reduction of the company’s carbon footprint.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Food Sciences or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in the food industry, preferably soft‑drink manufacturing.
• At least 4 years of people‑management and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of soft‑drink manufacturing processes and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
• Proficiency with HACCP methodology and integrated management system documentation.
