Project Coordinator – IAM Migration (Microsoft Entra ID)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to lead the migration of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) system to Microsoft Entra ID for a global market‑data provider. The role is fully remote and will run for 15 months starting in Q4 2026, coordinating activities across client IT, business stakeholders, and internal technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organise kick‑off meetings, workshops, follow‑up calls and regular stakeholder sessions.
• Track milestones, actions, blockers, risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, status reports, meeting notes and client documentation.
• Support testing, deployment readiness checks and go‑live coordination.
• Coordinate technical questions and escalations with IAM specialists and implementation teams.
• Provide regular progress updates to project and programme stakeholders.
• Identify potential delays, follow up with relevant parties and contribute to a consistent migration process across the programme.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in technical project coordination, IT project support, SaaS implementation or related roles.
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences.
• Excellent organisational, planning and follow‑up skills, with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently in a fully remote, international environment.
