About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join an established international school in the heart of Tirana. The role starts in August 2026 and offers the chance to work with motivated students in a supportive, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary‑age learners following an international curriculum.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with local and international staff to develop interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

Required profile

• Degree in Education or a recognised teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching at primary level.
• Strong knowledge of international curricula and best teaching practices.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners through creative lesson design.

Required skills

• Excellent classroom management and lesson‑planning skills.
• Effective communication in English; additional language skills are a plus.
