Power Platform Developer – Contractor

About the role

HSO is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer on a contract basis to design, build, and deliver enterprise‑grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You will work closely with Solution Architects and client stakeholders to create Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse models, integrations, and automations that address complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance enterprise‑scale Power Platform solutions based on designs and user stories.
• Build Model‑Driven App functionality, workflows, custom business logic, and Power Automate flows.
• Design and implement Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security structures.
• Create integrations with external systems, APIs, and Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to refine technical requirements and solution designs.
• Contribute to data architecture, integration approaches, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Follow established development standards, source‑control, ALM processes, and release procedures.
• Leverage AI‑augmented development tools to improve delivery efficiency while maintaining high engineering standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience developing on the Power Platform (Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate).
• Proven ability to design Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security models.
• Experience building integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Understanding of solution management, deployment pipelines, and ALM.
• C# plugin development and custom API experience is desirable.
• Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) experience is a plus.
