Phone Sales B2B Consultant – Albania & Kosovo Automotive Market

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Phone Sales Consultant to develop our automotive business in Albania and Kosovo. You will work for AUTO1.com, Europe’s leading online B2B marketplace for used cars, and be the voice of the company to our corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a portfolio of B2B clients through phone, email and other channels.
• Generate and maintain sales reports in collaboration with the sales department.
• Provide continuous telephone consultancy to clients to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Albanian, with the ability to conduct professional phone conversations.
• Experience or interest in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proactive attitude, able to build and nurture client relationships.
