Pharmaceutical Medical Representative – Pharmacy Graduates

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Fier region and serves the surrounding areas of Lushnje, Vlore and Berat in Albania. As a Pharmaceutical Medical Representative, you will promote and sell a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, acting as the primary link between Partners Pharma and the medical community.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare providers.
• Provide detailed, accurate product information and answer clinical queries.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product presence within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Stay up‑to‑date with medical, pharmaceutical and regulatory developments relevant to the product range.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical sales process.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Basic knowledge of medicine and pharmacy to convey product information effectively.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory efficiently.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
• Only candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy are considered.
