Pharmaceutical Medical Representative

About the role

Partners Pharma is looking for a motivated Pharmaceutical Medical Representative to join its sales team in the Fier‑Lusnhje, Vlore & Berat region of Albania. You will act as the primary link between the company and healthcare professionals, promoting a portfolio of pharmaceutical products and supporting the growth of market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• Present detailed product information, clinical data and usage guidelines.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Stay up‑to‑date with medical, regulatory and market developments relevant to the product range.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Strong negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy for accurate product communication.
