Part‑Time Social Media Manager (Tirana)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing agency on a part‑time, flexible basis. The role is based in Tirana and focuses on growing our clients' online presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update social media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Create and publish engaging content, including posts, stories and reels.
• Plan and maintain a monthly editorial calendar.
• Monitor trends, track engagement metrics and implement strategies to increase interaction.
• Respond to follower comments and messages in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Strong creative sense for visual and written content.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic design.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
