Video Editor for Short-Form Content

About the role

Arketing, a performance‑marketing agency based in Tirana, is looking for a talented Video Editor to create short‑form videos for a variety of clients. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to produce engaging content that drives brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form videos optimized for social media platforms across multiple industries such as real estate, e‑commerce, dental tourism, hotels, and restaurants.
• Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and are delivered on schedule.

Required profile

• Creative professional with strong attention to detail, specialized in short‑form content.
• Understanding of key video elements: hooks, value delivery, and persuasive CTAs.

Required skills

• Minimum 2 years experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects (CapCut not accepted).
• Knowledge of short‑form video structure and basic color grading.
• Familiarity with the Higgsfield.ai platform is a plus.
