Outreach Specialist – Remote

About the role

TheSoul Group is seeking an Outreach Specialist to own the top‑of‑the‑funnel process. You will identify target prospects, build high‑quality lists, run multichannel outbound campaigns, and hand sales‑ready conversations to the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) by vertical, industry, size, geography and persona.
• Build and enrich prospect lists using Clay, Apollo and Meet Alfred while maintaining data quality.
• Design, launch and manage cold‑email and LinkedIn outreach sequences via Smartlead, HubSpot and other tools.
• Monitor outbound metrics (open, click, reply, meetings) and iterate on subject lines, copy, cadence and targeting.
• Handle inbound replies, qualify prospects against ICP, and conduct first‑line follow‑up conversations.
• Book qualified meetings and transfer them to the sales team with full CRM context.
• Keep HubSpot and Asana up‑to‑date with contact status, campaign tags and pipeline stages.
• Support pre‑ and post‑event outreach for industry conferences and trade shows.
• Collaborate with the CRM/Ops team on tooling, automation and compliance requirements.
• Report on outbound KPIs and pipeline health to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to test and optimise messaging.
• Self‑starter comfortable working in a remote‑first, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for handling objections and qualifying leads.
