About the role

Buzi Store is expanding its team and seeks a full‑time Online Sales Operator to work from the office. The role focuses on managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer communications via phone, SMS, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Register and track orders in the company’s ERP system.
• Provide prompt, efficient responses to guarantee excellent customer service.
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
• Monitor sales processes and prepare periodic reports.
• Collaborate closely with Logistics and Customer Care teams to process and dispatch orders.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience in online sales or similar positions.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using ERP systems for order management.
