Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Operations Manager to lead and optimise our Road, Sea, and Air freight activities. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily execution while driving efficiency, cost‑effectiveness and high service quality across international shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily Road, Sea, and Air freight operations.
• Ensure timely and cost‑effective execution of shipments.
• Coordinate with international partners, carriers, and customers.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with transport regulations and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of Road, Sea and Air freight operations and international transport procedures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple shipments, coordinate with carriers, agents and customers, and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with logistics management systems.
