Online English Teacher – Remote (Balkans Timezone)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic online English teachers to deliver 1‑on‑1 interactive lessons to Chinese children aged 4‑12. The position is fully remote and scheduled to match Europe/Balkans daytime hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 25‑minute English classes using the ClassIn platform, focusing on speaking and reading skills.
• Utilise digital whiteboards, props and interactive activities to engage young learners.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials tailored to each student’s level.
• Maintain punctuality and consistency for the daily schedule (approximately 10 AM‑4 PM local time).
• Track student progress and provide feedback to parents as needed.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English speaker; American‑style accent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of online ESL teaching experience, especially with young learners.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, laptop, HD camera and microphone.
• TEFL or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency with the ClassIn teaching platform.
