Mid-Level Instructional Designer (Remote Contract)

About the role

INFUSE is looking for a mid‑level Instructional Designer to create engaging, data‑driven learning experiences for adult professionals. Working remotely, you will collaborate with subject‑matter experts and the INFUSE Academy team to design modern, self‑paced e‑learning programs that combine digital content with human interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning objectives and outcomes.
• Design, develop, and iterate asynchronous e‑learning modules using evidence‑based instructional design principles.
• Integrate generative AI technologies to enhance content creation and personalization.
• Maintain consistency with INFUSE Academy’s brand and learning standards.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve learner experience.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (3‑5 years) in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Proven ability to create high‑impact e‑learning for B2B audiences.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with remote teams.
• Self‑starter mindset with a passion for experimenting with new learning technologies.
