About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial planning, analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will oversee the finance and accounting team, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic advice to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the company’s financial planning by analysing performance and risks.
• Maintain continuous awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent issues.
• Set objectives and supervise all accounting and finance personnel, including management accountants and internal auditors.
• Prepare timely, detailed quarterly and annual financial performance reports.
• Conduct analyses for forecasting and reporting to senior executives.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
• Create cost analysis reports covering fixed and variable costs.
• Support the monthly payroll list and keep organized records.
• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
• Advise senior management on financial planning, such as purchases and loans.
• Develop forecasting models based on current and historical financial results.

Required profile

• High integrity and professionalism.
• Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a finance director or in a similar senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting and market trend assessment.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.

Required skills

• Experience with finance software (e.g., Finance, DevPos).
