Audit Support Analyst (Italian Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an Audit Support Junior Analyst to build relationships with client personnel and perform analytical reviews of accounting and tax documents. The role focuses on accounting and tax compliance in line with Italian regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Build working relationships with clients’ personnel and perform analytical reviews of accounting and tax documents.
• Review clients’ accounts, operating procedures, and internal control systems.
• Perform compliance controls at the highest standard level, meeting client expectations.
• Carry out quarterly reviews of ordinary accounting activities (verifiche trimestrali) in support of audit controls.
• Prepare outputs and documentation supporting Deloitte’s reviews and provide recommendations to improve company controls and efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduated with a degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Results‑oriented, proactive, detail‑driven and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable collaborating in a multicultural team.
• Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of Italian is preferred and language courses will be offered.
