About the role

Erdinger Albania is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales activities in the Tirana market. The role focuses on expanding the brand’s presence within the HoReCa sector, including bars, restaurants, pubs and other venues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Tirana area.
• Identify and approach new customers, especially bars, restaurants, pubs and venues.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing HoReCa clients.
• Build a sustainable network of contacts in the HoReCa sector.
• Present and promote Erdinger products.
• Negotiate offers and commercial terms with customers.
• Track orders, sales performance and monthly objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide periodic reports on sales results and market development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the beer or alcoholic‑beverage industry.
• Proven experience in the HoReCa sector.
• Established network of contacts with bars, restaurants, pubs and venues in Tirana.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Strong result‑orientation and focus on sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Tirana market and beverage‑industry dynamics.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel on‑site.
