Marketing Specialist

About the role

Zero, the first official Odoo partner in the Balkans, is looking for a self‑driven Marketing Specialist to own the entire marketing function across its brands. You will shape strategy, create content, run campaigns and measure results, working in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy for Zero Group, 365lab and partner brands.
• Create and publish content for social media, blogs, website and email newsletters.
• Manage all social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Conduct SEO activities: keyword research, on‑page optimisation and content planning.
• Design and run email campaigns, including newsletters and automated sequences.
• Identify, negotiate and manage creator/influencer partnerships.
• Run basic paid‑ad experiments on Meta, Google and LinkedIn platforms.
• Produce simple visual assets using Canva and CapCut.
• Report marketing KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis to the CEO.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills in Albanian and English.
• Extreme attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Full‑time, on‑site availability with no side freelancing.
