SMM & Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a Social Media Manager & Meta Ads Specialist to drive our presence on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and manage performance‑driven Meta advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including a monthly posting calendar.
• Create, manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns for awareness, traffic and lead generation, handling audience targeting and budget allocation.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyse results and produce monthly performance reports.
• Write copy and produce creative assets for social posts and ads.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite and Meta Pixel/Events Manager.
• Familiarity with custom, look‑alike and retargeting audiences.
• Basic proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
