Logistics Systems & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Systems & Operations Coordinator to support our growing logistics operations remotely from Albania. The role blends appointment coordination, logistics system management, data handling, billing reconciliation and rate control, working closely with US‑based teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipment appointments and delivery schedules, maintaining accurate calendars and trackers.
• Monitor, resolve or escalate scheduling and operational issues.
• Support data integrity across logistics and business systems such as WMS, CRM, TMS and billing platforms.
• Review completed loads, reconcile billing, rates and supporting documentation.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, billing errors and rate exceptions, and communicate updates to internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, operations or a similar coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and align with US business hours.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Proficiency with spreadsheets for tracking and data analysis.
