Lead Generation Director

About the role

InfoTelecom is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Director to drive customer acquisition across Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia. You will build and manage a high‑performing lead generation function that fuels the company’s commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a regional lead generation strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify target industries, segments, and key decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Lead Generation Specialists.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Ensure leads are researched, qualified, and handed over to Business Development.
• Define lead qualification criteria and SLAs with Business Development.
• Track outreach performance, response rates, meeting conversion, and lead quality.
• Oversee CRM processes, reporting standards, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to optimise acquisition efforts.
• Prepare regular pipeline and performance reports for senior management.
• Represent the company at relevant events and conferences when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in lead generation, sales development or business development.
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams.
• Strong understanding of B2B prospecting and customer acquisition strategies.
• Professional proficiency in Albanian and English; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with outreach tools.
