L2/L3 Systems Engineer (MSP Experience Required)

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a proactive L2/L3 Systems Engineer with solid Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience. You will support multiple U.S.-based clients, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and manage Microsoft‑centric environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 support across client environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers, endpoints, and related infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft cloud services such as Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policy, and directory synchronization.
• Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, content filtering, and other security solutions.
• Support virtualization platforms, hypervisors, and virtual machines.
• Assist with Azure Virtual Machines and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments.
• Manage backup solutions, perform troubleshooting, and ensure successful recovery.
• Document service calls, technical resolutions, system diagrams, and internal procedures.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve client environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet SLA commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven.
