About the role
The Jurist will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and licensing requirements. This role provides legal advice to senior management and various departments while safeguarding the company's interests.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive (360°) coverage of all legal matters affecting the company.
- Ensure complete compliance with current legislation, regulatory standards and licensing obligations.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documentation.
- Manage legal issues related to the company's activities and protect its interests.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with state institutions, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
- Offer legal counsel to senior management and company departments.
- Handle legal relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and collaborators.
