Junior PMO / Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior PMO/Coordinator to join our AI & Data team. You will support the planning, execution and delivery of internal and client projects while working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with senior managers to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Manage internal projects focused on talent acquisition, business development and marketing.
• Prepare documentation, reports and coordinate project activities.
• Draft professional service proposals for clients.
• Organise and lead client meetings and internal discussions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a project manager or coordinator.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Team‑player attitude and positive energy.
• Fluent English for an international work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, MS Azure DevOps, GitLab or Microsoft Project.
