IT Service Management Internship

About the role

Deloitte Central Europe is seeking students or recent graduates to join the IT team as interns. You will gain practical experience in IT service management while supporting the delivery of services used across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring IT services to ensure they meet agreed service levels and support incident, problem, and service request management processes.
• Help plan and coordinate software releases, updates, and patches, including testing, validation, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Support change management activities by coordinating and communicating between teams during change implementation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing service performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, prepare reports on service performance, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Required profile

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
