Junior Order Fulfillment Manager

About the role

Join AUTO1 Group’s international logistics team as a Junior Order Fulfillment Manager. You will support the management of the used‑car delivery network across Germany, balancing contractual carriers, charter trucks and the growing in‑house fleet while ensuring timely vehicle deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely oversee the used‑car delivery network in Germany and optimise carrier mix.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal logistics teams and external service providers.
• Maintain accurate order data in the company’s proprietary logistics system.
• Identify and implement process improvements and tool enhancements.
• Collaborate with logistics centres and other departments across Europe to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Practical experience in logistics or fleet management is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Confident use of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player capable of managing stakeholders from various departments.
• Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus.
