Junior Functional Analyst – Contract Lifecycle Management

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation team as a Junior Functional Analyst. You will work on real client projects, helping configure and deploy CLM software while gaining hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge tools and methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end implementations of CLM software, following Deloitte’s implementation methodology.
• Gather client requirements, configure functionalities, and ensure projects stay within scope, schedule, and effort.
• Apply planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills to keep project workflows on track.
• Document recommendations, requirements, designs, configurations, and test scripts/results.
• Act as the liaison between design, technical teams, and clients for issue resolution and tool configuration.
• Deliver training, workshops, and guidance to CLM end‑users.
• Assist the Project/Program Manager in meeting milestones and managing dependencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Economics, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence in dispute resolution and stakeholder management.
• Problem‑solving, flexible, and inquisitive mindset.
• Proactive, accountable approach to personal performance.
• Comfortable working in diverse, inclusive teams and willing to travel.
• Committed to a long‑term career at Deloitte.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

• Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge (nice to have).
