Cloud Support Engineer

About the role

The Cloud Support Engineer will operate SICPA’s Digital Solutions and its underlying cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliable maintenance, upgrades and business continuity. The role involves handling escalated incidents, deploying releases and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Operate SICPA’s Digital Solutions and underlying cloud infrastructure, including maintenance, upgrades, resource management and business continuity.
• Perform configuration changes, deploy new releases and handle incidents and service requests escalated from L1 support.
• Update and track incidents in the ticketing tool, conduct technical troubleshooting, resolve incidents and identify bugs or complex issues.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, document findings and drive corrective actions, escalating to L3 support when necessary.
• Maintain and enrich the knowledge base and contribute to process documentation improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications such as AWS are a plus.
• Experience in cloud‑based application deployment, solution administration, customer support and service management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1) and solid analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
