Junior AI Creative Producer

About the role

We create and market utility apps ranging from photo cleaners to habit trackers. This junior position drives the creative pipeline for our paid‑advertising campaigns, using AI‑generated video and image assets to attract users. You will analyse top competitors, adapt proven concepts and continuously test new ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Produce video and static ad creative for our apps using AI generation tools provided by the company.
• Adapt each creative to the formats and aspect ratios required by different advertising placements.
• Research competitor ad libraries to identify high‑performing concepts, angles and creative styles.
• Rebuild and iterate on proven creative concepts to improve performance.
• Generate and revise creative assets at volume, focusing on rapid testing rather than over‑polishing.
• Download and review competitor apps, documenting onboarding journeys step by step.
• Package high‑potential competitor flows into clear documentation for the product team.
• Maintain organized records of prompts, versions, references and learnings for repeatable success.

Required profile

• Strong instinct for short‑form video and what captures attention in the first two seconds.
• Ability to work quickly, iterate frequently and accept feedback without attachment.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding aspect ratios, framing and content cropping.
• Clear written communication skills for documenting research and findings.
• Curiosity about why ads and app experiences work, with a habit of noticing creative patterns.
