Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will work full‑time on‑site in Tirana, acting as the primary liaison between Xpert Marketing and its clients. You will translate client business objectives into effective marketing and communication strategies and ensure seamless execution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, gathering requirements and aligning expectations.
• Develop and coordinate integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media, preparing briefs and overseeing timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce reports and presentations, and propose optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, media and production teams to guarantee consistent quality and brand compliance.

Required profile

• Proven client and project management abilities, including multidisciplinary team coordination.
• Solid understanding of marketing and advertising concepts such as brand strategy, digital marketing and media planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous agency or client‑facing marketing experience, preferably in regional or international markets.
