Instructional Designer – Remote Contract

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to develop high‑impact, self‑paced e‑learning experiences for adult professionals. Working remotely on a contract basis, you will blend evidence‑based instructional design with the latest generative AI tools to deliver engaging digital learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to design modern, asynchronous learning programs.
• Apply instructional design principles and generative AI technologies to create interactive, data‑driven content.
• Develop and maintain e‑learning assets for INFUSE Academy’s internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure alignment with business objectives and learner needs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing adult learning experiences, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
• Strong creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and adopt new technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote setting while collaborating effectively with a tight‑knit team.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex topics into clear learning pathways.
