Head of Sales – SAP Consulting & Nearshore

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead international growth for our SAP consulting and nearshore delivery services. The role focuses on prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and converting opportunities into signed SAP engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an international sales strategy for SAP consulting and nearshore services.
• Identify target markets, industries, and decision‑makers with SAP demand across Europe.
• Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events and strategic partnerships.
• Position RealCore Albania as a trusted nearshore SAP partner and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing, working closely with SAP consultants and management.
• Establish scalable sales processes, KPIs and reporting while meeting sales targets and new customer acquisition goals.

Required profile

• Hands‑on sales hunter with a proven track record in SAP consulting or B2B technology sales.
• Existing network within the SAP/IT ecosystem and experience selling to German‑speaking European markets.
• Experience with nearshore/offshore delivery models is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high independence and strong commercial orientation.
• Fluent in English; German highly desirable.
