Head of Finance

About the role

Omnes, on behalf of a client, is looking for a Head of Finance based in Tirana, at the Saturn Towers complex. The position covers the organisation and oversight of the company's financial and accounting processes, with a Monday to Friday schedule of 08:00–17:00 with a one-hour break, and Saturday mornings until 13:00.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and oversee the company's financial and accounting processes.
• Prepare and check financial documentation, invoices and payments.
• Monitor income, expenses and financial obligations.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and follow the company's economic situation.
• Coordinate with other departments on financial and administrative matters.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Previous experience in finance positions; management-level experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of construction materials and the construction trade is a strong advantage.
• Organisational, analytical and managerial abilities, responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
