Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results‑driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead the digital marketing department of PIK, a full‑service communication agency. The role combines high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across digital platforms, performance marketing, content strategy, audience development and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital advertising budgets and optimise campaign performance across channels.
• Monitor key metrics and present reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Improve audience targeting, engagement, lead generation and conversion.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals, client presentations and new business development.
• Establish digital processes, reporting standards, quality controls and best practices.
• Stay updated on platform trends, emerging technologies, AI tools and digital innovations.
• Ensure consistent messaging, brand positioning and digital presence across all channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or campaign management.
• Proven experience in a senior, leadership or team‑management role.
• Strong knowledge of digital strategy, social media, paid advertising, search, email, websites and content marketing.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, teams, clients and multiple projects.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, organisational, communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail‑oriented and professionally proficient in English.
• Agency experience and ability to manage multiple brands is a strong advantage.
