Growth Marketer (Social, Content, Paid Media)

About the role

Slashdev, an AI‑first software engineering company, is expanding its team in Tirana and seeks a Growth Marketer to own the entire top‑of‑funnel. You will work directly with the CEO, creating and executing the playbook for social, content, and paid media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, including content calendars and hook creation.
• Edit short‑form video clips (founder talks, client stories, demos) to produce scroll‑stopping content.
• Manage Meta ads end‑to‑end: strategy, campaign structure, audience targeting, budgeting, and scaling.
• Conduct high‑volume creative testing, treating creative as the primary targeting element.
• Design landing pages and offers that convert paid traffic.
• Report weekly on CPL, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline without prompting.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience running paid social campaigns with full ownership of Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven track record with measurable results (spend managed, CPL improvements, scaling successes).
• Strong video‑editing capabilities with fast turnaround using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects.
• Deep understanding of current organic performance trends on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Fluent written and spoken English and daily use of AI tools to accelerate work.

• Meta Ads Manager
• Claude Code for marketing automation
• CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects
• AI‑driven marketing tools
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Webflow, or Framer for landing pages (nice to have)
• Experience with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads (nice to have)
