Head of Account Management

About the role

PIK is seeking a strategic Head of Account Management to lead its Account Management team, deepen client partnerships, and ensure the successful delivery of integrated communication projects. The role combines leadership, commercial awareness, and relationship management to drive high‑quality service for a portfolio of leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the Account Management team.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, translating objectives into clear briefs.
• Oversee campaigns and projects from planning through delivery and reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams across strategy, creative, digital, production, PR and events.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage client expectations, proactively address challenges and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals and new business development.
• Improve internal workflows, collaboration and account management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
• Strong project, budget, timeline and client management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking with a solid understanding of integrated communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented and solution‑focused.
